NOTIFICATION FOR SELECTION TO THE POST JUNIOR HINDI TRANSLATOR
Ref.: Competitive Written Examination held on 19.08.2023 for recruitment of 01 post of Junior Hindi Translator (Unreserved)
On the basis of recommendations dated 24.08.2023 of the Selection Committee constituted as per the provisions of CSIR letter no. 5-1(11)/2008-PD dated 23.02.2023, the Director, CSIR-IITR has been pleased to approve the selection of following candidate for recruitment to the 01 post of Junior Hindi Translator in Pay Matrix Level-6, advertised vide Advt. IITR/1/2023, as per the details given below:

2. Provisional Candidature: - Selection of candidate to the aforementioned post is provisional. If it is found later at any point of time, even after appointment, that the candidate does not fulfil any of the conditions of eligibility for the post advertised vide IITR Advt. IITR/1/2023, his candidature will be summarily cancelled/terminated without any notice and appeal against such cancellation/termination will not be entertained.
3. Criteria followed for Shortlisting/Selection is as under:
(a) For Junior Hindi Translator Post, there were two papers (Paper-I and Paper-II)
(b) Paper- II was evaluated only for those candidates who secured the minimum threshold marks in Paper-I(c) The Final merit list is prepared only on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in Paper-II
Minimum threshold/cut off for Paper-I = 105 out of 300 (35%)
Minimum threshold/cut off for Paper-II = 120 out of 300 (40%)
Based on the above selection criteria, candidate scoring the highest marks in Paper-II is being considered for appointment to the one post of Junior Hindi Translator.
संस्थान के समसंख्यक सूचना संख्या दिनांक 19.08.2023 के अनुक्रम में विज्ञापन संख्या IITR/1/2023 द्वारा विज्ञापित कनिष्ठ हिन्दी अनुवादक के 01 पद पर प्रकाशित उत्तर कुंजिका के परिप्रेक्षय में किसी भी अभ्यर्थी की कोई आपत्ति प्राप्त न होने कारण दिनांक 19.08.2023 को आयोजित लिखित परीक्षा के प्रश्न पत्रों की अंतिम उत्तर कुंजिक (Final Answer Key) अभ्यरर्थियों के सूचनार्थ प्रकाशित की जा रही है।

इसके अतिरिक्त यह भी सूचित करना है कि कनिष्ठ हिन्दी अनुवादक की लिखित परीक्षा के पेपर–I में कुल 300 पूर्णांक में से 105 (35%) तथा पेपर-II में कुल 300 पूर्णांक में से 120 (40%) अंको को कट ऑफ/थ्रेसहोल्ड निश्चित किया गया है।
पेपर–I तथा पेपर-II में सम्मिलित होने वाले परीक्षार्थियों का विवरण उनके द्वारा अर्जित अंकों के साथ नीचे दिये गए उपलब्ध लिंक के माधयम से प्रदर्शित किया जा रहा है। परीक्षार्थी अपने पंजीकृत ई मेल आई.डी तथा पंजीकृत मोबाईल नं0 के द्वारा अपने परिणाम का अवलोकन कर सकते हैं।

सीएसआईआर-आईआईटीआर विज्ञापन संख्या आईआईटीआर/1/2023 के संदर्भ में, जूनियर हिंदी अनुवादक पद के लिए दिनांक 19.08.2023 को लिखित परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने वाले सभी उम्मीदवारों को सूचित किया जाता है कि पेपर- I की उत्तर कुंजी नीचे दी गयी है। यदि उम्मीदवारों को उत्तर कुंजी में कोई आपत्ति है, तो वे 21.08.2023 अपराह्न 3:00 बजे तक नीचे दिए गए लिंक के माध्यम से अपनी आपत्ति भेज सकते हैं। नियत तिथि एवं समय के बाद किसी भी आपत्ति पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।With reference to CSIR-IITR Advertisement No. IITR/1/2023, it is informed to all the candidates who have appeared in the written examination on date 19.08.2023 for the post of Junior Hindi Translator that the answer keys of Paper-I are given below. If candidates have any objection(s) in answer keys, they can send their objection through a link given below by 21.08.2023 till 3:00 P.M. No objection will be entertained after due date and time.:

निर्दिष्ट विकलांग व्यक्तियों के लिए लिखित परीक्षा आयोजित करने के लिए दिशानिर्देश / Guidelines for conducting written examination for persons with specified disabilities
उपर्युक्त विषय के संदर्भ में दिनांक 19.08.2023 को आयोजित होने वाली कनिष्ठ हिंदी अनुवादक की लिखित परीक्षा हेतु पात्र पाये गये सभी दिव्यांगजन अभ्यंर्थियों को सीएसआईआर के पत्र संख्या 5-1(39)/2008-PD दिनांक 15.03.2019 तथा 19.10.2022 द्वारा पृष्ठांकित भारत सरकार, डी.ई.पी.डी के कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्या F.No. 34-02/2015-DD-III दिनांक 29.08.2018 तथा F.No.29-6/2019-DD-III दिनांक 10.08.2022 में वर्णित दिशा-निर्देशों के संदर्भ में सूचित किया जाता है कि:
1. Persons with benchmark disabilities in the category of blindness, locomotor disability (both arm affected-BA) and cerebral palsy, the facility of scribe shall be allowed , if so desired by the person. In case of other category of persons with benchmark disabilities, the provision of scribe can be allowed on production of a certificate to the effect that the person concerned has physical limitation to write, and scribe is essential to write examination his behalf, from the Chief Medical Officer/Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government health care institution as per proforma at Appendix-I & Appendix-II
2. The qualification of the scribe shouldbe one step below the qualification of the candidate taking examination. The person opting for own scribe should submit details of the own scribe as per proforma at Appendix-III
3. Compensatory time not less than 20 minutes per hour of the examination should be allowed for persons who are eligible for getting scribe. In case the duration of the examination is less than an hour, then the duration of the compensatory time should be allowed on pro-rata basis. Compensatory time should not be less than 5 minutes and should be in the multiple of 5.
साथ ही सभी दिव्यांगजन अभ्यर्थियों से अनुरोध है वे डी.ई.पी.डी के कार्यालय ज्ञापन संख्याा F.No. 34-02/2015-DD-III दिनांक 29.08.2018 तथा F.No.29-6/2019-DD-III दिनांक 10.08.2022 में उल्लेखित अन्य दिशा-निर्देशों का भी अनुपालन करना सुनिश्चित करें।
नोटिस संख्या 5(3)/2023/ई.आई(53), दिनांक 06.07.2023 की निरंतरता में, जूनियर हिंदी अनुवादक के पद के लिए लिखित परीक्षा के लिए पात्र पाए गए स्क्रीनिंग उम्मीदवारों की अंतिम सूची सभी आपत्तियों/प्रश्नों के निपटान के बाद जारी की जा रही है। इसके अलावा, इस विषय पर किसी भी आपत्ति/प्रश्न पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा / In continuation of Notice No. 5(3)/2023/E.I(53), dated 06.07.2023, final list of screened candidates found eligible for written examination for the Post of Jr. Hindi Translator is being released after disposing of all objections/queries. Further, no objections/queries will be entertained on this subject.

संस्थान के विज्ञापन संख्या IITR/1/2023 द्वारा विज्ञापित कनिष्ठ हिंदी अनुवादक के पदों के सापेक्ष आवेदन करने वाले अभ्यर्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि छानबीन समिति की संस्तुतियों के आधार पर अर्ह/अनर्ह (Eligible/Non Eligible) आवेदकों की अनंतिम सूची जारी की जा रही है।
The candidates, applied against the Posts of Junior Hindi Translator advertised vide this Institute's Advertisement No. IITR/1/2023 are informed that on the basis of the recommendations of the Screening Committee, the Tentative list of the Eligible/Non Eligible applicants is being released.
सभी आवेदकों से अनुरोध है कि यदि उक्त सूची में कोई तथ्यात्मक त्रुटि/ आपत्ति हो तो नीचे दिया गया लिंक के माध्य्म द्वारा दिनांक 11 जुलाई 2023 तक सूचित करें। निर्धारित तिथि के पश्चात कोई आपत्ति स्वीकार नहीं की जाएगी तथा संलग्न सूची को ही अंतिम मानते हुए अग्रिम कार्रवाई सम्पन्न की जाएगी।
